FAE in-house UAV engineering
FAE Drones has designed and built UAV platforms since 2009. Since 2024, this expertise has been used exclusively in-house for LiDAR, photogrammetry, and specialised-sensor measurement services.
- The platforms shown are technical references; FAE does not offer their sale, configuration or delivery to third parties.
- In current projects, the platform, sensor and flight plan are configured exclusively for the survey performed by FAE.
- Design experience supports adapting the survey to terrain, deliverables, payload, and operational limits.
- Platform and integration testing are part of internal mission preparation, not a delivery workflow for third parties.
FAE 1115 OCTA Drone - Predator V2
Predator V2 – 1115 documents FAE's experience in integrating payloads and sensors on multirotor platforms.
- Endurance depends on payload, batteries, weather and mission profile.
- The payload is determined by the sensor and operational scenario.
- The command link and operating limits are established for the mission and applicable authorisations.
- Telemetry and mission data are integrated into the internal acquisition workflow.
FAE Rebel 1960 Twin-Engine Drone
Rebel 1960 is a reference for FAE's experience in photogrammetric acquisition over extensive areas.
- Reference for photogrammetric acquisition on a fixed-wing platform.
- Coverage per flight depends on GSD, payload, wind, terrain and operational restrictions.
- The camera and automatic triggering are integrated for the photogrammetric mission.
FAE Rebel 2300 VTOL Drone
Rebel 2300 VTOL documents FAE research into photogrammetric acquisition and sensor integration on vertical-takeoff platforms.
- Endurance and payload are determined for the sensor and mission objective.
- Vertical take-off and landing (VTOL), as a landmark of FAE research.
In-house engineering, applied in the field
Do you have a surveying project? We put this engineering at your service.
FAE Drones does not sell these platforms. We internally configure the drone, sensor, and flight for LiDAR, photogrammetry, and specialised-sensor measurement services.
